Yes — fully free while we finalize paid tiers. No credit card, no hidden caps on seats, no trial countdown. You get the entire current feature surface: pods, projects, scoring, activity tracking, time entries, reports, and CSV export. The only constraint today is a 90-day rolling window on activity history.
Existing pods get a 60-day notice and a grandfather window. You'll choose the tier that matches your headcount, the rate is the same per seat for everyone on the pod, and we'll prorate any change automatically. If you'd rather stay on a smaller plan, you can downsize before billing kicks in — no penalties.
Always. Every report, time log, task board, and pod scoring run is exportable as CSV from inside the dashboard. Owners can also pull a full JSON archive of the workspace at any time, and we'll never gate exports behind a higher tier — your data stays yours regardless of plan.
All traffic is TLS 1.3, data at rest is AES-256 encrypted, and access is scoped per-pod with audited role-based permissions. We run nightly backups with 30-day retention, isolate tenant data at the database row level, and never sell or share usage data with third parties. SOC 2 Type II is in progress.
